How does personalisation work?
Start Personalising asks about your goals, diet, lifestyle, preferences and relevant safety information. MYVYTLS applies governed rules to suggest a starting stack. It is a shopping recommendation—not a diagnosis or medical prescription—and you remain in control of every product.
Can I build or change my own stack?
Yes. Use Build my Stack to choose directly, or edit the suggested stack before ordering. You can revisit your choices when your goals, routine or circumstances change, subject to product suitability and pack-capacity checks.
What arrives in my MYVYTLS order?
Your chosen supplements are organised into clearly labelled AM and PM daily packs for the order period, with the relevant product and safety information available through your MYVYTLS experience.
When will my first order arrive?
We aim to deliver your first personalised order within seven days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed if an exceptional fulfilment or delivery issue affects that timing.
How do repeat subscription deliveries work?
To protect continuity, each repeat order is created and charged nine days before your current supply is due to finish. We aim for the replacement to arrive at least two days before your existing packs run out, giving a practical delivery buffer.
Can I manage or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Your account shows your subscription and order information, while the secure billing portal lets you manage payment details and cancellation. Make changes before the next repeat order is created to avoid that order entering fulfilment.
What if I have allergies or dietary requirements?
Check the ingredients, allergen and dietary information shown for every supplement. Personalisation can filter some unsuitable choices, but you must review the final stack and contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.
When should I take the packs?
Use the AM and PM labels and follow the serving directions and important information for each included product. Do not exceed the stated serving, and keep the packs in a cool, dry place away from children.
Can I take MYVYTLS supplements if I take medication or have a medical condition?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take regular prescribed medication, please speak to your GP, pharmacist or other healthcare professional before taking food supplements. MYVYTLS recommendations are not medical advice.
Are supplements a substitute for a balanced diet or treatment?
No. Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, and MYVYTLS does not diagnose, prevent, treat or cure disease. Seek appropriate professional advice for symptoms or medical concerns.
